We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our business.

This role is the key sales driver in the Contract Logistics department which requires strong knowledge of the local market, customers, and competitors. Strong preference will be given to candidates with retail, food and beverage and cold chain backgrounds.


Principal Job Accountabilities


·      Understand the market, customers, competitors and other stakeholders to identify business needs and growth opportunities, and develop appropriate sales strategies 

·         Conduct joint sales calls with the sales team to secure and expand business

·         Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities

·         Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting targets and goals

·         Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue impact and leverage internal resources

·         Assist in preparing proposals, quotations and investment proposals

Job requirements

Requirements and skills


· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Contract Logistics

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

· Driving license
